By accessing or using the website https://www.jewelboxstories.com (“Platform”), operated by Jewel Box Stories, a brand based in Trivandrum, Kerala, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the Platform or purchasing our products.

1. General

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of the Platform. By visiting the Platform or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Product Information

We offer two types of jewellery on the Platform:

  • Artificial/Fashion Jewellery: Made from non-precious materials for aesthetic and occasional wear. These are not crafted from real gold or silver.
  • Pure 925 Silver Jewellery: Made from certified 92.5% pure sterling silver. These products may tarnish naturally and require appropriate care.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or photography.

3. Orders & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 4 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • Shipping Coverage: Pan-India delivery available.
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.
  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not available.

4. Payments

We accept secure payments via:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

We do not store your payment information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns. Exchanges are allowed only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A complete unboxing video is provided (from before opening the package, showing the full process without cuts).
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
  • Exchange approval is at our sole discretion.
  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

Not eligible for exchange:

  • Discounted/sale items
  • Products damaged due to mishandling or normal wear and tear

6. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Kindly review items and delivery details carefully before confirming the order.

7. Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to specified terms and time limits. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.

8. Privacy Policy

By using the Platform, you agree to our collection and use of personal data including name, email, contact number, and address for:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Delivery communication
  • Customer support
  • Occasional marketing via email, WhatsApp, or SMS

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with logistics and payment partners as required.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may link to third-party services such as Instagram, WhatsApp, or Razorpay. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external platforms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including product images, branding, and descriptions—is the intellectual property of Jewel Box Stories and cannot be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jewel Box Stories and its team from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Delays in delivery or technical issues
  • Allergic reactions to jewellery materials
  • Product misuse or mishandling

13. Errors & Omissions

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability even after an order has been placed. Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply issues, or technical problems.

15. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or policy abuse.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
